Temporary Work Permit

The selection criteria are:

  • Fluent in English
  • Biometric Passport
  • Minimum 4 years of references
  • Visa only defined by our jobs
  • Availability of sufficient financial means to fly and the first week in Canada

The criteria that may affect the rejection of the application:

  • Prosecution, deportation ban on entry to Canada or other countries
  • Lack of documented experience as to which is applying

Border police officer make the final decision on the border to issue work permits and letting employees in Canada.

Process

  • Stage I – application to the employer concerned to application of LMOs.
  • Stage II – placing ads in local services
  • Stage III – after 3 – 4 months, we get a decision and start recruiting candidates
  • Stage IV – the choice of candidates and their applying for a visa at the Embassy of Canada or to the airport

Estimate and payment schedule:
Employers in Canada cover the cost of preparing the application.
Applicants shall pay an official for a visa at the airport: 150 CAD, and where the employer does not cover: pay the cost of airfare, accommodation, and such purchase work boots.
